For the first time, the Lascaux International Exhibition presents a full-scale replica of an entire cave chamber: the legendary Hall of the Bulls. This spectacular 82-foot-long installation weighing nearly 4 tons forms the beating heart of our new exhibition.

– Module 1: Introduction to the discovery of Lascaux and its history
– Module 2: The artistic techniques of Lascaux’s artists
– Module 3: The fauna of the Upper Paleolithic
– Module 4: Multimedia devices and digital reconstructions
– Module 5: Authentic archaeological objects found in the cave
– Module 6: The mysterious signs and symbols of Lascaux
– Module 7: Hyper-realistic sculptures of prehistoric men and women by [Elisabeth Daynes](https://www.elisabethdaynes.com/)
– Module 8: Heritage conservation and preservation challenges
A recent study from 2023 revealed that Europeans in the Upper Paleolithic still had dark skin. Elisabeth DAYNES, has restored our 4 hyperrealistic sculptures from the Lascaux period: an old man, a woman, an adolescent girl, and a young boy, featured depicted with darker skin, hair and eye colors.
